Originating from Venice, Italy, this delicious drink is the perfect refresher that your guests will love.

- Processo
- Aperol
- Soda Water
- Orange
Drinkware:
Most often served in a wine glass, however a highball glass is also stylish, and appropriate.

Ingredients:
1 Serving
2 oz. Prosecco
1 1/3 oz. Aperol
A healthy splash of Soda Water
Half an orange slice for garnish
Preparation
1 Spritz Veneziano
Step 1
Fill a cold glass with ice and pour in the prosecco and the Aperol. Stir.
Step 2
Top the beverage off with a splash of seltzer water and garnish the glass with an orange slice.
Step 3
Serve & Enjoy.
Pro Tip:
Take it to the next level and garnish with a blood orange.
